1- The foundations (Qur’an and the history of Tajweed)
2- Al-Istiaatha and AL-Basmala Rules
3 – How letters are formed.
4- Articulation points of the Arabic letters
Learning outcomes:
At the end of the course the student will be able to pronounce all the Arabic alphabets and have a good knowledge of Qur’an and the history of Tajweed.
Quran and Tajweed Rules level 2
Course Length : 12 Weeks

1- The characteristics of letters
2- Velarisation and attenuation
3- The Qalqalah Mechanism
4- The Accent in Recitation of the Glorious Quran
5- Letters Two Alike, Two Similar, Two close and two dissimilar to each other

At the end of the course the student will be able to apply all the characteristics and use them in Qur’an recitation .
Quran and Tajweed level 3 :

Quran and Tajweed Rules level 4 :

Learning Objectives : The student will be learning all the kinds of the Lengthening (Al-Modood)
Learning outcomes:
At the end of the course the student will be able to apply all the lengthening rules in recitation.
Quran and Tajweed Rules level 5 :
Course Length : 12 Weeks

Learning Objectives : The student will be learning
1- An Introduction to Arabic Grammar and Terms: Past tense, Present tense, command form and essential make up of verbs.
2- The connecting Hamzah and al-Qata Hamzah Rules
3- Stopping recitation
4- Discontinuation of recitation and the breathless pause.
5- Commencing recitation.
6- Stopping on the ends of the word.
7- The writing of Noble Quran
Learning outcomes:
At the end of the course the student will achieve a complete curriculum of the Tajweed Rules for the Qiraa of Hafs an Aasim from the way of Ashaatibiyyah.
Al-Muqadimmah Al-Jazariyyah Course
Course Length : 12 weeks

Learning Objectives
In this course the student will study Al-Muqadimmah which contains all the Quran Tajweed Rules and the exceptions that were gathered by the scholar Mohammad Ibn Al-Jazary .
This Manzoomah is an obligatory step for those who are planning to complete their Ijazzah in Quran recitation either in reading or from memorisation
We will offer extra help to those who want to memorise it.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will have a complete knowledge of this poem and its explanation.
Reciting and Reading Quran Courses
Course 1 : Enhancing Your Quran Recitation Juz Amma and Juz Tabarak
Course Length: 16 weeks – Once a week
Lesson Duration : 1 Hour

Learning Objectives
In this course each student will receive instruction on how to correctly read and recite Juz Amma and Juz Tabarak and gain multi reading and Tajweed skills. By the end of the course, they will be able to read and recite both Juz Amma and Juz Tabarak correctly applying all Tajweed rules.
At all times, students will be supervised by highly qualified Quran teachers who will follow their progress. Accordingly, if the student reaches the required level, they might qualify to be granted an Ijaza certificate for reading and reciting both parts 29 and 30 subject to an external review by a scholar.
Entry requirements
The student must know how to read Arabic and the Quran at an Intermediate level. No Arabic reading skills will be taught during this course. For such courses see the other courses detailed in our Adult Courses section.
Course 2 : Enhancing Your Quran Recitation Surah Al-Baqarah
Course Length: 16 weeks – Once a week
Lesson Duration : 1 Hour

Learning Objectives
The student will learn Qur’an recitation and reading skills. By the end of the course they will be able to read and recite Surah Al-Baqarah with correctly applied Tajweed.
Entry requirements
The student must be able to read Arabic and the Quran at an intermediate level. No Arabic reading skills will be taught during this course. For such courses see the other courses in our adults’ courses.
