School Admission Process
Children’s School Contract
Thank you for choosing to study Qur’an and the Arabic Language with The Cambridge Muslim Academy. We look forward to welcoming you in September and hope you enjoy your learning journey with us over the course of the coming school year in Sha’a Allah.
To ensure the efficient and effective running of The Academy for all, we have prepared a contract that can be found on the website for parents to read, sign and submit before they enrol their children with The Academy.
It is important for us that all children who enrol with our Academy are given the best opportunity to learn. In order to achieve this, we plan the number of teachers and the lessons we deliver and the classes required in advance in case we open the school face to face. For this reason, it is essential for us to receive the fees in advance. Equally, in order that the time at the school can be used in the best possible way for the children to learn, it is important that the children are encouraged to behave well either in the physical school or the virtual school. Finally, in order for the children to truly progress in their learning, parents should do their best to support them by ensuring that homework is completed and regular Quran practice is established during the week as repetition is important in learning, even if it is just a few minutes per day.
Regular assessments and tests will be carried out each term in order that the teachers can accurately assess each student and chart their progress.

Children’s School Contract
1- The registration fee of £25 per child per school year must be paid in full before any application form is submitted. This fee will be used to pay the administrator who will receive and process the application forms. This registration fee is non-refundable.
2- The fees for the first month of the next academic year must be paid in full along with the first month’s fees at the time of submitting the application form. Following this, the fees for each month must be paid at the beginning of each month. For example, if the autumn term starts on 10 September, the next monthly fee is due by 10 October. A sibling discount of 10% applies to these fees.
3- Fees can be paid on a termly basis (every three months) for those parents who prefer to pay in this way, however the registration fee is still applicable in this case.
