Career Training Programs Enrolment Contract

This contract is entered into between Cambridge Muslim Academy, hereinafter referred to
as “CMA,” and [Student’s Full Name], hereinafter referred
to as the “Student,” collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
Program Description CMA offers online bootcamp training, which includes self-paced
learning and access to educational materials for students interested in enhancing their
knowledge and skills in [Specify Program/Area of Study].
Student’s Responsibilities The Student agrees to abide by the following rules and
requirements:
a. Completion of the Program: The Student commits to successfully completing the entire
bootcamp program as per the provided curriculum.
b. Exam Attendance: The Student must attend and participate in all required examinations
and assessments, as specified in the course syllabus.
7-Day Program Trial with Full Refund
a. CMA offers a 7-day trial period from the date of enrollment. If the Student decides to
withdraw within the first 7 days, a full refund of the program fee will be issued.
b. After the 7-day trial period, the Student is no longer eligible for a refund.
Payment Terms
a. The Student acknowledges that full payment of the program fee must be received by CMA
before access to the bootcamp training materials is granted.
b. Payment can be made through [Payment Method Options] and should be addressed to
the following: [CMA Payment Details] Access to Online Materials a. Upon receipt of
payment, the Student will be provided with login credentials to access the online bootcamp
training materials. Access to Online Materials.

Program Schedule
a. The bootcamp training schedule, including start and end dates, will be communicated to
the Student upon enrollment.
b. CMA reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program schedule, and the
Student will be notified of any changes.
Termination of Contract
a. CMA reserves the right to terminate this contract if the Student fails to comply with the
terms and conditions outlined herein.
Confidentiality
a. The Student agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, course
materials, and intellectual property provided by CMA.
Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
[Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Entire Agreement This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and
supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
By enrolling in the Cambridge Muslim Academy’s online bootcamp training program, the
Student acknowledges that they have read, understood,
and agreed to the terms and conditions specified in this Contract.
